Foose+ is an online fashion marketplace that connects buyers and vendors across Ghana. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Ghanaian law to use Foose+. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Buyers may browse products, place orders, and leave reviews. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and confirming delivery within the stated window.
Vendors may list items for sale after completing shop setup. Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, timely fulfilment, and compliance with Ghanaian consumer protection laws. Foose+ reserves the right to suspend any vendor whose listings violate these terms.
All transactions are processed through our FooseShield escrow system, powered by Paystack. Payment is held securely until the buyer confirms receipt of the order. Funds are released to the vendor only after confirmation or after the confirmation window expires without a dispute.
If a dispute is raised, Foose+ will investigate and make a final determination within 5 business days. We reserve the right to refund the buyer or release funds to the vendor based on evidence provided.
You may not list or purchase counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, or items that violate any applicable Ghanaian law. You may not engage in fraudulent transactions, harassment of other users, or any activity that disrupts platform integrity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Foose+ may charge a service fee on completed transactions. Fees are disclosed at checkout and deducted automatically. Payment processing fees charged by Paystack are non-refundable.
All content on Foose+ — including the brand, design, and software — is the property of Foose+ and its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their product images but grant Foose+ a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform and in marketing materials.
Foose+ acts as an intermediary between buyers and vendors and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items beyond what escrow protection covers. To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the transaction value in dispute.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through Foose+ customer support. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Foose+ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and the Consumer Protection Act, 2020 (Act 1031).
